Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

I devorced my wife twenty years ago but she still lives in the house that I bought,what steps do I need to take to get her out?. Willing to to sell and give her half but she wants to stay there and she doesn't have money to buy me out.

You need to have a lawyer review your divorce decree to determine whether there are any legal interests that your ex still has to the home.

You need to go to court and get an eviction notice from the court in compliance with the divorce decree.
