I'm not sure what your question is, but I assume you're asking if you can maintain an easement to your property over your neighbor's property. The answer is, it depends on the easement agreement. Most, if not all easements, either allow or mandate that the beneficiary (you) maintain the easement. If you don't have a copy of the agreement, you can get one from the county, assuming it's recorded.
