Go to your local court house and get a complaint form from the clerks. Fill it out and remember to put all of the facts you have in chronological order in the complaint. Then make copies of the completed form, one for your records, one for each party in the case, and one to file with the clerk. Then take all the copies back to the clerk, pay the filing fee, and arrange for a summons to be served on the opposing parties. Before you file you should consult a lawyer near you about the local court rules. My advice would be to go to the courthouse and see if there are any free legal aid services available. Not every courthouse in Illinois has them, but they can be a great resource.
