Am I able to sue a friend for the remaining balance to a repossess vehicle in my name.

Do you have a written agreement with your friend for the loan and/or balance repayment? Who repossessed the vehicle and when? Had you received any repayments from your friend? Do you need an attorney? This answer does not constitute legal advice because you are not as yet my client.

It would be best if you have some type of written proof such as an agreement or proof of payments prior to your firned stopping the payments. Nevertheless, you can sue your friend for a breach of oral agreement. Good luck.
