mortgage and car loan

i ended relationship with fiance and my name is on mortgage as co signer and also on his truck how do i get off both he is keeping truck and dont know about house

Re the mortgage, it has to be refinanced to get your name off since your relationship with your former boyfriend has nothing to do with the lender from their perspective. I'm not sure about the truck except refinancing also (sorry).

There is very little you can do except get him to refinance. Do not, under any circumstances, sign any documents conveying title to either the house or the vehicle to him until this is done. Otherwise, you will be responsible for payments, but you will have no ownership interest in them.
