property deed

My name and two other names are on a 80 acre property deed

at the local courthouse. I'm the only one that has paid the

yearly property tax's for the last five years. What can I do

when the other two dont want to divide the property up equally. The note at the bank is about to be paid off. The

other two has put up gates etc.on their so called half and I'm stuck paying the taxs. What can I do to get my part of the property in my name. any help would be appreciated.
