I have lived in the family home since 1968 with my mother and father continuously. My mother died in l991. My father remarried in 1994. My father passed away in December, 2006. I have been told that I must leave the home by the second wife or be evicted. What kind of rights, if any, do I have?

Who is on the deed? Was there a will? Was there a prenuptual agreement?

It depends on who is on the deed. If your father put your stepmother on the deed, you are out of luck. Did your father leave a will? Please call for a free consultation.
