Real estate transaction

Can my wife be included in the Title if she is not in the Purchase contract for a new house.I am getting a 30 yr fixed FHA loan.My Mortgage broker initially told me she cannot be in the Title and I have to do a Quit Claim deed,now he comes back and says she could be included in the Title as the Lender agreed to do so.Do you think he is doing the right thing or misleading me and trying to get me to Closing Table and take it from there.I also have a Real Estate Attorney.

If you are represented by another attorney, I view it improper to give you any kind of advice. Why don't you ask your current attorney? That's what you are paying him/her for.
