Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

How do I go about suing the Title Company who did not encrypt account information allowing a hacker to intercept the email and divert the wire transfer of funds for a real estate closing to a different account in San Francisco. The hacker even sent emails to the attorney indicating that the closing would be delayed due to the illness of the buyer?

You would need to arrange a consultation to better evaluate the circumstances. Has the title company discussed options with you to resolve the case?
