Tree destruction

My neighbor has a large tree that has grown over my property. Its roots are above

ground in my yard and prohibits grass from growing. Its limbs are over my smaller trees prohibiting them from growing, etc. What recourse do I have?

Re: Tree destruction

Situations such as this can often be resolved by speaking to your neighbor. If he/she/they don't agree to trim the tree back (it will probably die) then you should speak to a lawyer who practices in your jurisdiction. Good Luck!
