Can I still get a co-worker for sexual harassment if he quit?

I believe I was sexually harassed at work, by a co-worker and before the manager had a chance to fully ''investigate'' the person quit. Can I do anything?

Depending on the nature of the harassment, you might be able to seek a remedy against the co-worker, if for instance, you were fondled. But if the person resigned (or was forced out) as a result of the investigation, the employer was taking proper action and would not be liable.
