Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Illinois
I was sexually molested as a teenager by the pastor of a lutheran church. This happened several times about 45 years ago. This person was also caught doing this to several other boys as well. He passed away about 20 years ago. What are my rights if any to sue the church at this late date.
