Hi, I work in Illinois on W2 and pay federal and state tax ..etc. My question is can I register a mailbox street address in Delaware or any other state where there are no state taxes and still work in Illinois and run my payroll on Tax free state address?. In that case I could save some money on state tax every month. Because There are some postal services which provide mail forwarding services.

If you live in Illinois, your attempt to circumvent Illinois taxation may be considered tax fraud. Don't do it.
