work truck impounded

my work truck was parked in a spot and was towed but the title is missing how can i retrieve the truck?

You should go to the Office of the Illinois Secretary of State immediately. That department

should be able to print off the plate number along with your name as owner of the car.

At least this is a good first step toward sol-ving your problem.
