Legal Question in Veterans Law in Illinois

Public Displayed Photo

Can I sue someone for publicly displaying my military picture without my permission, the display is for their benefit? I have removed my picture from one public location and it was replaced by the person I want to sue.

You have to show harm, and since they did what you asked them to do, there's not much of a case there.

Still, you can consult a local attorney, if you really think there's a harm you suffered.
