You are entitled to file a Will Contest. Whether you are successful will depend on the specific facts and the extent and type of influence that the two sisters exerted. Feel free to give me a call to discuss. your possible case or visit my website at www.illinoisestateplan.com.

A Will is a legal document, whether it is filed or not. If you are a child of the deceased, you have the ability to contest that Will. Feel free to call me for a free consultation if you'd like to discuss this further.
