How do you held an 86 yr. old person with no children nor siblings with POA

If that person is still has the ability to give prompt and intelligent consideration to his finances and personal affairs, you find a good attorney and direct that person to call that attorney.

If that person lacks such ability, you find a good attorney to assist you with applying to be that person's Guardian.
