Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

Hello this is in Kankakee IL. My father passed away in 2010 I was named executer, it went to the probate court and was left open for 18 months. the mortgage company was notified of my fathers passing and all of the probate courts actions. now 3 years later they have asked the court to dismiss the probate and allow it to go back to the beginning. and the judge is allowing this ! I did everything I was suppose to do legally , and more. I have proof that I was in contact with the mortgage company, it states it on their own letters to me. my father had a will and left me the house. how can this judge over rule the closed probate and the probate judges ruling? everything is in my name now. does anyone know of a case docket that I can present to the judge to stop this. And isn't there a time limit that has past for them to be doing this now. thank you for your help.
