I have a living trust and am about to remarry without a prenuptial agreement. Would a divorce have any impact on my trust?

Maybe, maybe not. One would have to read the trust and consider your fact pattern. If by conscious choice or through inadvertent behavior, trust property becomes marital property, any benefit of retaining property inside the trust would be lost.
