Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

hi,

I'll make this short. mom passed in 2007, WILL was made in 2000, sister was named executrix, me and bro independent co executors. mom, bro, and I lived in Chicago, IL. sis in Tex. she left property in Texas. I have the WILL, death certificate, and affidavit of heirship. no one is contesting. no trust, no bills, free of everything. I've paid the taxes on property for last 3 years. how do I have title changed to me without going to court?

thanks, Art/son

You would need to ask this of Texas attorneys rather than Illinois attorneys. It might just be a matter of all of you signing a deed conveying the property to you, but I have no idea what would be required to transfer title to Texas property.
