Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

What would you be willing to pay someone else with your level of ability to perform as trustee? What do the other beneficiaries believe is reasonable? Before you retired, what was your rate of pay? I think conferring with the other beneficiaries to obtain an agreement will avoid any disputes later when it comes time to make the final distributions.
