Can you do a small estate affidavit through the state of Illinois for two vechicles of deceased and a bond in Lieu of probate for the property?

Vechiles worth $22,000.00 and property about $125,000.00

It depends on a variety of factors. The Illinois threshold for use of a Small Estate Affidavit is $100,000. However, your circumstances may still allow you to avoid probate and use the Small Estate Affidavit for only some of the assets.
