Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

My step-father had a car that was titled in my mother name. My mother passed away at the end of 09' and recently my step father in Feb 11'. I've been so far informed by my step fathers sister's lawer that when my mother passed away the car was then 50% my step father, 25% my brothers and 25% owned by myself. Since my step fater died his 50% ownership has been passed to his sister and brother since me or my brother were not adopted by him. My question is, "Do me or my brother have any senority of what the should happen with the car?" My step-father sister is the representative of the estate.

No. Seniority has nothing to do with the situation.
