Will
If a husband and wife write a will together, and the husband dies, can the wife rewrite the will and change the provisions and gifts stated in the will?

Hello. In my opinion, the
wife can rewrite the will
since her husband's death
does not affect here ownership
rights in the property, assuming that the first will
dealt only with marital property.
