My grandmothers sister is ill, in hospital, she has 2 children, wants to write will and leave all to daughter, lawyer is coming to hospital to meet with her..can her daughter be present during this?

Probably not a real good idea, but let the attorney decide how best to handle it. I don't know her condition, but deathbed type wills that disinherit children, especially when the other children are involved, can be very susceptible to post-mortem contests.
