wills vs. trusts

What happens when a will states one thing and a revocable,or now in this case irrevocable trust document contradict each other. which document trumps which??

Re: wills vs. trusts

They apply to different things. A Will only applies at death to property in the decedent's sole name. If the property is titled in a trust, then the terms of that trust apply and the Will would not.
