Legal Question in Workers Comp in Illinois

i was hurt at work 7 months ago, and unfortunately my shoulder has not healed completely,i'm still having much discomfort. my question is since the dr. i'm seeing is trying to urge back to the same position i was before my injury can she release back to regular duty knowing i am not healed?
