Re: Rotator cuff

Why do you think you should be compensated? You don't tell me how your condition happened. Where it happened. When it happened. I need more information before being able to even think about any legal aspect of your question.

Re: Rotator cuff

Is this an injury that has to do with a work related accident? If so, the answer is maybe. There are a number of issues that a lawyer examines. You would not be aware of most of them. But your question doesn't really provide a whole lot of information with which to give you a simple answer. If you are in the four county area around Chicago, I would be happy to review all the facts for a more complete answer. You can call me at my toll free number at 1-877-CompJoe (266-7563).

There are a few more pieces of information that an attorney would need to know before answering your question. If you sustained this injury at work, you may wish to consider speaking with an attorney who should be able to ask you the qeustions needed to determine if you have a claim under the Workers Compensation Act.
