Settle or not to settle

Could you please explain how a state employee retirement systems works after injured workers is finished with workers comp? Is there an advantage to not settle out the claim?

Depending upon the nature of your worker's compensation claim, you might be well advised to consult with an attorney. There is no doubt that an attorney can obtain more compensation for you than you can obtain on your own, even after considering the attorney's fees.
