Legal Question in Workers Comp in Illinois
settlment ?
I hurt my left knee at work Sept 9 04 had surgery Dec 13th, went back to work Feb 28th work comp paid for all med and I was paid weekly. I want to know how much of a settlment I will recieve or entitled to and when?.
