i have been subpeonaed to workers compention court.do i have to testify about my personel life if the case has nothing to do with me i just know the victim

The trial of a workers compensation claim is conducted before an arbitrator and the issue of the trial is whether the worker suffered an injury on the job. Testimony about your personal life would be irrelevant. You use the word "victim" in your question. Are you sure this is a claim for a work injury?
