Re: vocational specialist

Do you have any attorney?

If so, you probably need to address this issue with them.

If you do NOT have an attorney, you need to hire one pretty quickly.

If you have been removed from your "usual occupation" due to a work restriction from a compensable accident, you have a serious and complex situation that requires expertise.

If you try to go this alone you may well find yourself in-over-your-head.

That's my free advice.

Re: vocational specialist

If you have an attorney, you should discuss this with your attorney. If you do not have an attorney, you should consult with one immediately. If you do not know one, you may feel free to call me at my office and I will refer you to an expert attorney.
