when does w.c. stop

I have been fired while on w.c. my sergean has not reliesed me. will there be a gap in pay when the sergean relieses me and I selltle my claim?

If you are on restricted duty and were fired, you need to contact an attorney without delay.

There are too many variables involved and the stakes are too high.

Normally, if you are under the care of the doctor for injuries suffered while on the job, you are what is known as a "protected class". You must speak with an attorney at once.
