Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
hello. we got anticipatory bail against section 420.with condition of appearing to respected police station where the fir has lodged and get a regular bail submitting surety bond .but when we surrender in local p.s they refused to take bail order saying that (orally) case has been transpherd to c.c.b. and refused to give an acknowledgement for the same.Please advice us whether we should appear in front of ccb police of should we get regular bail on magistrate ( which is already granted).
