Noises of users in above flat?
I own a flat on second floor, the user's of flat above me make noises made by adults like running from one corner to other, gringing of chilli, peanuts in ancient stone made pot firmed in Slab...etc

The kind of nuisance you seem to describe, may not be nuisance at all because at first stance they are to petty to be nuisance.But still if you feel disturbed then you can file your complaint to appropriate authority.

You may need to bear with the minor nuisances. However, if you find the nuisance intolerable, you may lodge a complaint with the local authorities, the pollution board and the police.
