Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
community certificate
Iam BC and my wife belongs to MBC community.Can my son get MBC community certifcate based on his mothers community.
I heard there some new judgement has come up from the Supreme court which supports the above. Please clarify.

Yes your son is eligible to get MBC community certificate.
You need to furnish the domicile status of the mother alongwith the maternal documents which she holds.
