Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
As I am far away from the court, my advocate hiding a lot of informations. I found some informations in my petition and other documents that the case is going against me. I am not interest to disturb him without knowing all the steps he had done. I want to know the steps (application applied for / against me) that he had attempted during a perticular period.
What is the procedure to get all the informations.
