domicile certificate in maharashtra

applicant was born and brough up in Burma. Migrated to Rajasthan as refugee in 1971. Shifted to Mumbai in 1974 and since then he has been residing here with his family permanantly. he does not have his birth certificate. Whether domicile certificate can be given to him without B.C?

i can not say that as bc u will get or not but u can get the domicile in ur name.

status of refugee has to be changed - certain refugees of burma were granted citizenship certificate by the govt. find out whether he belongs to that catogory!

domicile certificate can be acquired- usually such certificate will be issued only to indians and permitted persons ( allowed to reside).
