2. What is the procedure?

3. How long does it take to get the thing done? (from Applying to getting the cert. in hand)

4. what papers should be taken to the respective office?

5. for what is it neccessary?

You may contact the office of local revenue authorities to find out correct information. You may carry with you documents about proof of your residence in the area, e.g. ration card, voters list, electricity bill, property ownership/tenancy etc..

2. Submitting application with all relevant documents such as proof of your residence involved educational certificates, ID Cards, bills etc.
