enrollment of govt servant as advocate
The reasons why govt servants are not enrolled as advoates by the bar councils in India?

The reason is that Law is a full time profession, not a part time hobby. A Government servant is a full time servant of the master. No one can serve two masters properly at the same time.

advocacy is a full time profession and you are not allowed to do anything else while doing govt service so that u may concentrate on the work for which govt is paying u.
