Legal Question in Administrative Law in India

Whether evaluated answer booklets are supplied under RTI Act 2005 ?

Though the provision is existed in RTI Act 2005, universities are not supplying evaluated answer bootlets on application under RTI 2005.

What i heard from my friends that appeal on similar case is pending at HC / SC, may be related with UPSC or PSCs or University.

If any one knows anything on this subject, please intimate the latest

Note : Please don't (R) don't explain RTI Act saying that you can go for appeal etc.,

Yes, you can very well demand. There is a Madras High Court Case law also (A lawyer has sought his Annamalai university's answer books and when it was denied to him, he got relief through court). Sorry, am unable to quote the case law since I saw it in the newspapers. Further, for CAs there is a website running called CACLUBINDIA, there also I have seen certain remarks about the provisioning of answerbooks to the students when asked for.

By the way, r u from IAF?
