Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
I was selected for a govt. job and kept in the panel which was valid for a period of one year(2007-2008). After one year, panel was terminated, no one from the panel was called to join despite many vacancies and intentionally no candidate from panel was called to join. i was not financial good, my mother was sick and i was unable to approach. It was my last chance to get govt. job (over age)
can i file a writ petition (civil) now i.e. 2012.

Kindly see the terms and condition, brochure etc. Once you got selected, not providing the same is certainly a breach of implied contract and a Writ would lie. But, why r u raising it so late?
