SICA Repeal Act
Please tell me whether SICA Repeal Act has come into force or is still under consideration. What will be the fate of cases pending before BIFR and AAIFR?

Re: SICA Repeal Act
SICA Repeal Act has been passed and yet to be notified by the Central Government from the date of which the Repeal Act will come into force. The cases pending before the SICA once notified and National Company Law Tribunal is constituted the cases will be transferred to NCLT.
