Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
Hello Sir,
My father cut down one tree which is inside our fence, just behind our home. Actually it is dangerous to our home due to inclination on wall. Incidentally, it fells on the common wall between neighbor and us. The neighbor, who lives behind us, complain in Municipal Corporation, the forest officer came and did �panchnama�
Now, My question is, how to deal with this offence? Please help me �.

Dear Client,
At the outset, your said reason is genuine, just relax the said Panchnama reveals the same truth and if otherwise the Forest Depart may compound your offence and ask you pay some fine.
