Legal Question in Administrative Law in India

Socities act

SUDERSHAN GOEL Thanks for the input. I am going thro the advocates and it is in high court. At present I am on the ship. Thanks to LAWGURU, whatever I am doing now is based on the directions i get. I have myself gone thro lots of acts and case laws and found that Registrar does not have the locus standi to look into the validity of elections. He has to refer it to prescribed authorities. Any how the case is on, and all I want is -- will it not expose the defendants ultra vires actions of conducting the elections without sending or considering about 400 members and now this suppresion of fact and misleading the court by showing him as an ordinary member??? Mainly bcos he is the main hooligan we are trying to expose. pls adv
