Legal Question in Administrative Law in India

We have a temple in the society. There is a member who holds "mata ki chowki" periodically and invites all the society members. The only problem is that this is held in the temple with loudspeakers rather than his own house.

Please advise the powers that the Chairman can excercise to not give permission for this without it becoming an issue. Moreover because the Chairman is a Christian

if you dont want him to organise that mata ki chowki in temple bring this issue in front of chairman through a written application signed by as many as members of your society as the temple belongs to society also stating the objections and reasons for objection..
