Legal Question in Administrative Law in India

URGENT HELP - MAHARASHTRA CO-OPERATIVE BYLAW

Hello,

I am from Mumbai, India. Live in co-operative society. My father name is first name on society certificate and ownership. My name is second name on society share certificate and ownership property document.

1. Am I officially member / associate member of society?

2. Do I have authority to raise complaints to society committee and ask for response in my name? I complained them and they responded in written on my fathers name. Is it valid or illegal?

3. If I complain, can they take any action against me or my father?

4. I have question regarding audit reports and billing of society. If there are any error(s) found in the audit report and billing can I request a compensation / penalty to deputy registrar to ban/suspend/terminate The Chairman and The Secretary for number of years for and from elections? If, under which by-law section/rules. If not, what kind of penalty / compensation I owe on them? If they had intentionally misguided, mislead and/or unaddressed the concerns.

5. I asked them numerous times for reasons why they had not attended our complaint they didn't responded till one year. Now after one year when they got Notice from deputy registrar they responded saying I do not have authority / rights to complaint and ask for outstanding due maintenance charges on our accounts. This due money is actually I guess is of past owner from whom we bought the flat. Do we have rights on this money?

Please help and guide with bylaw rules details.

Thank you for quick response and help.

Regards
