Second Appeal in Tribunal Bhopal
Please give me advice my opposite party filed the second appeal in tribunal bhopal. The appeal was filed in 70 days not in time. The appeal was not in time. he want condation of delay the reason was his scoiety presdint was in judicial custody in jail so he was not filed the appeal within in time. The society is registerd in co operative act. we say the appeal is not time and in absence of president.The vice president and excutive body in power. in such condition, please give me advice.

Courts usually grants delay condone application provided that proper reasons are given. Ask your advocate to take proper defence accordingly. If any doubts contact on 09426101233.
