Can Condonation of delay application filed after 1 year of the order in Domestic Violence Act .
if, yes in which section or is any judgement given upon by High Court or Supreme Court of India on it.
Plz share it with me.

Dear MR.Sharma,
Condonation of delay is matter of discretion of court and could not be pressed through judgments.
So faith on your advocate and let him proceed your case and i think you will get condonation, if there will be any genuine reason.
