Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India
We exchanged a land,those land we got was acquired by PUDA in 1974,but in 1997 punjab & haryana high court quash the acqusition and after the high courts order we exchange the land,and 2nd party sold my land to third party,but when we go to PUDA auth,puda refused to give me NOC,because 1997 year high court was setasied by high court and my mutation is not sanction,l have only rejestered exchange deed,when high court and supreme court psetaside the 1997 order,I was not party because mutation not sanction,what is ur legal opionion ? I want NOC & possession or puda gives me benifits under land pooling policy.date of exchange was 1999.high court order against 1997 order setasied in 2002.plz give me authorities in my favour and legal opionion.
